  • Group booking requests — name, date, guest count, occasion, and preferred time prepared on our groups form and sent via WhatsApp.
  • Direct messages — any information you choose to share when you write to us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

We do not ask for bank details on this site. Reservation requests are completed on WhatsApp; Meta/WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated profiling or third-party advertising.

  • To confirm, change, or cancel a table or group reservation
  • To contact you about your visit when needed
  • To answer enquiries and feedback
  • To keep basic reservation records for day-to-day operations

Cookies and analytics

We keep reservation and enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and run the restaurant normally, then we delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required.

Children

Our online booking tools are meant for adults arranging a visit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.
